Excellent food and great service! This is a great place to go for some delicious ethnic Burmese and good cocktails. The menu is great for lunch too. The atmosphere inside makes it easy to forget the slightly sketchy neighborhood outside. The salads here never miss. We tried the Rangoon Tea Leaf and the Mango salads - both were really good. The curries are also top notch. We've had the Rangoon curry with beef, and the pumpkin curry. Again both were great. My only knock against them is for the fritters, which were almost too hard to stab with a fork, and we're a slight jaw workout. Honestly if weren't for that inconsistency I'd have given them 5 stars. Lastly, the service was great. There was a mishap during one of my times there and the waitress handled it with aplomb.

i’ve never had burmese food before but this was an incredible introduction. the service was great - we got seated right away, they made sure the food was made without my food allergies (gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and sesame free), they checked in on us to make sure we were okay, and made great drinks! if you haven’t had burmese before you should definitely come here!! cocktails: - pagoda passion (super smooth, light, and not super sweet) - burmese sour (really interesting and delightful) - smoke on the beach (if you love mezcal you HAVE to try this! not super sweet - perfect balance) food: - pork belly brussel sprouts (hearty and great portion size) - shrimp and eggplant curry (tomato based and delicious!) - jasmine rice (surprising, interesting, and yummy!) - i think my friends got the myeik pan fried noodle and they said it was really good! we finished everything we got. will absolutely be coming back!

Food was good. Family style plating. Definitely get the Rangoon Fried Rice and pair it with a curry dish. We got the Shrimp and Eggplant Curry which was good, not salty, and mild in heat. The Nan Gyi Thoke was good too, it has coconut flavor; make sure to mix everything in before serving. The waitress who was helping us was awesome and made sure we were good. Parking is somewhat difficult as there are only metered street parking or park at an underground parking garage near by. I would come again to try the other dishes on the menu.

Cute spot for Burmese/fusion cuisine. We ordered a variety of dishes and they were all quite flavorful. The tea leaf salad can be slightly bitter secondary to the tea, bit it’s nice to try and surprisingly filling because of the seeds and nuts. Curry was excellent with tender meat. It’s a nice change if you’re looking to experiment something new.

Nice decoration and large choice of meals. Wonderful colors in the plates, but tastes are poor, suggesting the food is not as fresh as other options that we tried in the area. Service is nice but trying to push for things that we didn't want and finally didn't like.

The food and service here it quite good! It was our 2nd time having Burmese food, and everything was flavorful and delicious. Definitely worth a visit to good old Chinatown. Burmese food so far reminds me of an interesting combination between Indian food and Thai food, but mostly Indian food. They put cilantro in a lot of the dishes, which I LOVE. Price is fair, especially for the portions which were pretty large. I'm very sensitive to alcohol, but always wanting a cute drink, but they were more than willing to make it non-alcoholic for me. If you're worried about parking, don't be. Lots of parking at Mark's garage for $4, outside in a lot near it for around the same price, or in metered street parking.

We keep going back for the wonderful food, interesting flavors and vegan options. Tea leaf salad, pumpkin stew, samusas,...haven't had anything we didn't like. Unique decor. Friendly staff.

I had an amazing meal at Rangoon Burmese Kitchen! We started with the crispy samosas, which were perfectly golden and came with a delicious dipping sauce. For the main course, we tried the Burmese curry with tofu subbed in, and it was a total hit. The tofu was cooked just right and soaked up all the rich, flavorful curry sauce. The portion sizes were generous, and every bite was packed with authentic Burmese flavors. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend Rangoon Burmese Kitchen for a tasty and satisfying dining experience!
